
Cereal Cupcakes
240g milk/dark chocolate,broken into pieces
200g unsalted butter,room temp,ut into pieces
200g icing sugar
150g corn flakes
Method:
1. Melt chocolate and butter in a large bowl set over simmering water. Mix well.
2. Stir in icing sugar. Add corn flakes and mix gently until all of the corn flakes are coated with chocolate.
3. Spoon mixture into mini/regular cupcake papers and set in refrigerator for a few hours. Remove from refrigerator and enjoy.
